Perfect keto salad - Italian Sub Salad -😍😋



INGREDIENTS
- 5 oz hard salami, cubed
- 5 oz pepperoni, cubed
- 5 oz provolone cheese, cubed
- 5 oz Mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 cups tomatoes, cubed (used whole cherry tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup pepperochinis (did not use)
- 1/4 cup black olives, halved (did not use)
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped (used mini sweet peppers)
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup cauliflower
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp Swerve confectioners replacement
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, minced (I believe this is a typo as this is ALOT)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
