Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large skillet or wok, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
