Make the Enchilada Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan heat the butter.
  2. Add the seasonings and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce and low carb sweetener.
  4. Simmer for 5-8 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add water until you reach the consistency you prefer.
