Cheesy Keto Pepperoni Pizza Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 24 small pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • Olive oil spray
  • Low-carb marinara for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt mozzarella in microwave until stretchy.
  3. Mix in almond flour, egg, and seasonings.
  4. Form 12 small balls and flatten.
  5. Add pepperoni and parmesan on top.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Use full-fat mozzarella for best results.
  • Store in fridge up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in oven for crispiness.
