Cheesy Keto Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 24 –30 pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup sugar-free marinara
  • Optional parsley & red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Form mozzarella into rectangles and sprinkle parmesan + seasoning.
  3. Bake 6–8 minutes until melted.
  4. Spread sauce and add pepperoni.
  5. Roll while warm.
  6. Bake another 5–7 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Roll while cheese is warm to prevent cracking.
  • Reheat in oven for best texture.
  • Use turkey pepperoni for leaner option.
