Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs.
  3. Mix in mozzarella, almond flour, and seasonings.
  4. Spread into thin pizza crust.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes.
  6. Add toppings and bake again.

Notes

• Spread crust thin for best texture.
• Best served fresh.
• Store leftovers refrigerated.
