Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Optional seasoning: sea salt paprika, garlic powder, herbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture thinly on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with your chosen seasonings.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
  6. Cool, break into chips, and enjoy!
