- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with Greek yogurt and fresh cilantro before serving.
