Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 8 oz smoked sausage
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • seasonings

Method
 

  1. Mix honey garlic sauce ingredients.
  2. Brown sausage in skillet.
  3. Cook broccoli until tender.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Add sausage and sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and serve.

Notes

• Best served fresh.
• Adjust sweetness or spice to taste.
• Great for quick weeknight meals.
