Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
Add eggs, apple cider vinegar, and warm water. Stir until a dough forms.
Let the dough rest 2–3 minutes so the psyllium husk absorbs moisture.
Divide the dough into 6–8 portions and shape into buns. Press lightly on top.
Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Allow to cool before slicing.
