Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chicken breast
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup blue cheese

Method
 

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  2. Place lettuce in bowl.
  3. Add chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese.
  4. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  5. Toss and serve.

• Best served fresh.
• Store dressing separately.
