Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and cheese.
  4. Shape into bagels.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes.

Notes

• Best served warm.
• Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
• Toast before serving for best texture.
