Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoning and parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

• Chips become crispier as they cool.
• Best served fresh.
• Store leftovers in airtight container.
