Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • Seasonings as listed above

Method
 

  1. Brown beef in skillet and add seasonings.
  2. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer.
  4. Add cheese and melt.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Use 80/20 beef for best flavor.
  • Broil briefly for golden cheese top.
  • Store up to 4 days refrigerated.
