Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine cheese crust ingredients and form 4 circles on sheet. Bake 8–10 min.
- Brown ground beef in skillet with spices. Set aside.
- Spread cauliflower refried beans on each crust. Add beef. Top with cheese. Bake 2–3 min until melted.
- Add fresh toppings: tomato, lettuce, olives, salsa, sour cream, avocado.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil 1–2 minutes at the end.
- Swap ground turkey or chicken for variation.
- Serve with keto chips or a side salad.
