Keto Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
  

Cheese Crusts
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
Pizza Toppings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • ½ cup lettuce shredded
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ½ cup sugar-free salsa
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 small avocado sliced
  • Optional: jalapeños

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Combine cheese crust ingredients and form 4 circles on sheet. Bake 8–10 min.
  3. Brown ground beef in skillet with spices. Set aside.
  4. Spread cauliflower refried beans on each crust. Add beef. Top with cheese. Bake 2–3 min until melted.
  5. Add fresh toppings: tomato, lettuce, olives, salsa, sour cream, avocado.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil 1–2 minutes at the end.
  • Swap ground turkey or chicken for variation.
  • Serve with keto chips or a side salad.
