Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning salt, pepper

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in peppers and mushrooms.
  4. Add marinara sauce and seasonings.
  5. Divide mixture into oven-safe bowls.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbly
