Spicy Jalapeño Popper Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • garlic and seasonings

Method
 

  1. Cook bacon and set aside.
  2. Sauté jalapeños and garlic in the pot.
  3. Add chicken broth and simmer.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and cream.
  6. Return bacon and serve.

Notes

• Adjust spice level by removing jalapeño seeds.
• Best served warm.
• Store leftovers in refrigerator.
